Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel with advanced functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day procurement activities as per business requirements.


• Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status.


• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.


• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.


• Maintain purchase orders, vendor records, quotations, and other procurement documents.


• Monitor pending orders and ensure timely closure.


• Ensure procurement activities are completed as per company policies and procedures.


• Prepare MIS reports related to procurement and pending orders.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).


• Good communication and coordination skills.


• Basic knowledge of procurement and supply-chain processes.


• Vendor coordination and negotiation skills.


• Knowledge of ERP/SAP/HRMS or procurement software will be an advantage.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.


• B.Com/BBA/BBM Procurement-related qualification preferred.
