Job summary

Mjunction Services in India’s Kolkata region is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement, PR to PO cycles, and supplier coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Ideal candidates have BE/ BTech or diploma/ MBA with at least 1 year of PR to PO experience, and strong SAP/SRM/GeM knowledge, RFQ skills, and MS Excel analysis capability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP, SRM and GeM procurement platforms.
• Experience with PR to PO processes in PSU or reputed organizations.
• Ability to prepare RFQs for high value procurement and manage them independently.
• Understanding of procurement across goods/services, overseas buys, ARC/AMC, and tendering modes.
• Experience organizing pre-bid meetings and negotiating with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Procurement as per SLA and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with clients for smooth operation and issue resolution.
• Reduce PR to PO cycle time and optimize processes.
• Maintain MIS reports and monthly performance data analytics.
• Support supplier clarification needs and negotiate terms where required.

Role & responsibilities

Key Deliverables:

• 1. Procurement as per SLA
• 2. Coordination with client for smooth operation.

• 5. Monthly performance Data Analytics / Maintaining MIS reports/Presentation

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: BE/ BTech / Graduate/ Diploma/GDMM/MBA

Minimum one year experience in PR to PO for any PSU or reputed organization.

Knoledge of SAP/SRM/GeM is mendatory.

Desirable Candidate should have

• 1.Knowledge of preparing RFQs for different high value procurement of goods/services/Overseas buys/ ARC/AMC and handling them independently.
• 2.Depth knowledge of procurement functions wrt goods/services/Overseas buys/ ARC/AMC /Proprietary / Limited/ OTE/Global tendering mode.
• 3.Knowledge of different statutory clauses/circulars and their applicability.
• 4.Experience of organising pre-bid meeting , if required.
• 5.Working relationship with operational levels of suppliers and handling supplier clarification needs.
• 6.Knowledge of the process of negotiation and ability to negotiate.
• 7.Knowledge of SAP/SRM/GeM procurement.
• 8.He should be able to apply suitable procurement strategy.
• 9.AI/GeM/SAP/MS excel analysis is must.
