Job summary

Samsung India Electronics Limited is seeking a seasoned Procurement professional in Gurgaon to support sourcing for ATL and BTL activities. The role entails managing direct and indirect procurement, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring transparent sourcing operations aligned with business needs.

The candidate should possess 6+ years of sourcing experience, a Graduate degree, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. GST understanding and stakeholder coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of sourcing experience.

Responsibilities

• Should possess knowledge of ATL & BTL related procurement.
• Understanding of elements in BTL including POSM material, Retail Maintenance activities, Retail Fixture, Events and activations, gifting.
• Manage ops for complete ATL media buying: Digital, Print, TV, Radio, Cinema, Productions & OOH.
• Experience of both Direct & Indirect Procurement.
• Commercial negotiation with third party vendors and service providers.
• Ensure sourcing operations are carried with high transparency.
• Align procurement activities to business needs.
• Responsible for creating and developing partner/vendor pool.
• Share market intelligence with the team.
• Responsible for regular risk assessment.
• Coordinate activities between user team, legal, finance, risk management.
• Understanding of Legal Terms.
• Good Supplier Relationship Management skills.

Purpose of Position

Support the sourcing /procurement for ATL & BTL Activities Regional spends for Samsung India Electronics Limited

Roles and Responsibility

• Should possess knowledge of ATL & BTL related procurement
• Understanding of different elements in BTL, including but not limited to GSB/ ISB , POSM Material, Retail Maintenance activities, Retail Fixture , Events and activations, Gifting category.
• Managing Ops for complete ATL Media buying, Digital, Print, TV, Radio, Cinema, Productions & OOH.
• Experience of both Direct & Indirect Procurement.
• Commercial Negotiation with third party vendors and service providers.

• Align to the business needs
