Job summary

Singlax Consulting Services Thane is seeking a diligent professional to manage end-to-end P2P and MIS processes in Mumbai. The role involves PO processing, ensuring adherence to procurement policies and budgets, and coordinating with stakeholders to close outstanding orders.

The candidate will handle end-to-end invoice processing with necessary approvals and ensure timely payments per PO terms. They will maintain budget data across eight verticals and contribute to annual budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end P2P processes including procurement, invoicing, and payments.
• Experience in MIS reporting and cost allocation for multiple verticals.
• Ability to monitor budgets and track spend against allocations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end P2P and MIS processes.
• Process PO processing in line with procurement policies and budgets.
• Coordinate deliveries and close open POs with stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end invoice processing with approvals from CIO and Project Head.
• Ensure payments are processed by due dates and per PO terms.
• Maintain Capex and OpEx data across 8 verticals.
• Track spending against budgets and identify variances.
• Lead process improvements and guide the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill requirements.
• Present weekly P2P and MIS updates to CIO.
• Provide cost allocation data to Corporate Finance for spend recovery.
• Assist in annual budgeting and prepare management reports.

Role & responsibilities

• Managing end to end P2P (Procure to Pay) and MIS
• Purchase Order Processing Purchase orders adhere to corporate procurement policies, approval workflows, and budgetary controls.
• Monitor open purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of outstanding Purchase Orders.
• End to End Invoice Processing Ensuring invoices are sent to Finance in alignment with the purchase order and supported by approvals from the CIO and Project Head. Identifying, addressing, and resolving invoicerelated discrepancies.
• Ensuring that the payments are processed as per defined terms on the purchase order (Asper due date or as per the milestones)
• Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors.
• Maintaining Capex and Opex data as per Budget for 8 verticals.
• Tracking and monitoring spending against budget allocations.
• Identifying process improvement areas and implementing necessary enhancements.
• Guiding and monitoring the team with continuous support and direction.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes by understanding and fulfilling their requirements accurately.
• Presenting team weekly for P2P and MIS to the CIO.
• Providing cost allocation data for 8 verticals to the Corporate Finance team for spend recovery.
• Working on annual budgeting and preparing reports presented at the management level.
