Capgemini is seeking a senior P2P specialist to manage end-to-end Procure To Pay cycles in India. The role emphasizes procurement, sourcing, contract and vendor management, and timely payments while ensuring policy compliance.

The candidate will lead a team handling procurement and accounts payable, drive process improvements, and maintain clear stakeholder communication. Strong SAP knowledge and outsourcing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of experience in Procure To Pay (P2P) cycle or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (BBA/BMS, BCom).
• Strong understanding of SAP systems and ability to work with other ERP platforms.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in an outsourced environment.
