Job summary

HP in Bengaluru seeks a Process Transformation Lead - Procurement to drive end-to-end Source-to-Pay transformations. You will partner with business, IT, Finance and Supply Chain teams to define requirements, deliver process improvements, and enable standardization and automation using SAP MM and related technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and procurement operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience leading change management and user training and organizational adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement process transformation initiatives across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Act as the subject matter expert for procurement processes and leverage procurement best practices.
• Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement standardized, scalable solutions.
• Lead small, medium, and large transformation projects from planning through deployment and stabilization.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to define requirements and deliver improvements.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation using SAP and other procurement technologies.
• Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and KPI frameworks to measure transformation success.
• Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption.
• Develop and deliver user training, process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Support governance, process compliance, audit requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Process Transformation Lead - Procurement

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong expertise in Procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Proven experience leading procurement transformation and business process improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, procurement operations, purchasing, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.
• Experience in process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience leading change management, user training, and organizational adoption initiatives
• Project management experience is an added advantage
• Compliance and Controls – Strong understanding of procurement policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to governance standards

Education & Experience Recommended

8–12+ years of procurement, supply chain, or business process transformation experience.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

SAP MM Certification (preferred or required based on organizational needs)
