Description -

Job Summary

We are looking for great talent with strong cross-functional supply chain experience, razor-sharp analytical skills coupled with AI/data science exposure, solid influencing and collaboration skills, along with strong drive/achievement orientation and curiosity/learning agility . The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience in supply planning or end-to-end supply chain, with the ability to analyze complex data, develop and optimize supply plans, identify risks and constraints, build what-if scenarios, and translate insights into actionable business decisions. Experience working across global, multicultural teams and exposure to advanced analytics, automation, and continuous improvement will be highly valued.

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Supply Planning professional with strong cross-functional supply chain experience and the ability to operate in a complex, global environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, exposure to AI, data science, or advanced analytics , and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and regions.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Strong experience in Supply Planning and/or end-to-end Supply Chain , with an understanding of demand, supply, inventory, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics processes.
• Should have at least 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working in cross-functional and/or global environments , collaborating with teams across Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and regional organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify supply constraints, evaluate trade-offs, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing or supporting supply plans considering demand, capacity, material availability, lead times, inventory, and service-level requirements.
• Ability to identify and proactively mitigate supply, capacity, inventory, supplier, logistics, and other business risks .
• Strong ability to develop and evaluate what-if scenarios and translate insights into practical business decisions.
• Experience using data and analytics to monitor supply-chain KPIs such as service levels, inventory, inventory turns, OTIF, and plan adherence .
• Exposure to AI, Data Science, automation, advanced analytics, or data-driven process optimization is highly desirable.
• Strong influencing, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate complex supply-chain risks, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership .
• Strong achievement orientation , ownership, and ability to proactively identify opportunities and deliver results.
• Demonstrated curiosity and learning agility , with the ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, processes, and business domains.
• Experience driving or contributing to continuous improvement, process optimization, planning-system enhancements, or automation is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural global environment .
