Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Process Transformation Lead in Procurement to drive end-to-end Source-to-Pay transformations across multiple sites in Chennai and Bengaluru. You will act as SME, analyze processes, implement standardized solutions, and lead projects from planning through deployment with strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 8–12+ years in procurement or process transformation, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and SAP MM knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of procurement, supply chain, or business process transformation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• SAP MM Certification is preferred or required based on organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement process transformation initiatives across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle.
