Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in India seeks a seasoned Project Manager for Procurement to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across procurement, supply chain, and IT interfaces. You will drive governance, business cases, and risk management while delivering on complex SAP S/4HANA implementations.

The role requires a strong background in S2P processes, change management, and global program leadership with 8–12+ years of experience in project management and procurement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading medium-to-large-scale transformation or system implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and procurement operations.
• 8–12+ years of experience in project management, procurement, supply chain, or business transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation projects from initiation through planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
• Create executive-level presentations and communicate project progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Operations, and external partners.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
• Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement and training.
• Measure outcomes through KPIs, benefits realization, and continuous improvement.
