Job summary

Illusion Dental Laboratory in Malad West, Mumbai is seeking a Corporate Trainer to develop and deliver employee learning content with emphasis on soft skills, and to collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.

The role includes creating training materials, delivering sessions in-person and virtually, and evaluating program effectiveness. Travel Pan India is a requirement for this position.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role,

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
