Nagrik Stores is seeking a Corporate Training / L&D professional to lead induction, onboarding and ongoing training across departments. You will map company processes, create SOPs and training manuals, and train teams on ERP, HRMS, CRM, and other portals.

The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to monitor compliance and drive improvements through MIS reports. A proactive, organized candidate who can coordinate with multiple departments will succeed.

Competenze

• Experience in Corporate Training / L&D / ERP Training.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience training employees on ERP software systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, organized and able to coordinate with departments.
• Ability to train, monitor implementation and ensure compliance.

• Should be proactive, organized and comfortable coordinating with different departments.
• Candidate should have the ability to understand a process, train employees, monitor implementation and ensure compliance.
