Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation India PVT LTD invites an experienced supply chain trainer to deliver end-to-end, instructor-led training. You will design modules tailored to participants, industry needs, and certifications, then use case studies and simulations to boost engagement.

You will assess progress, mentor learners pursuing certifications, and stay current with trends like digital supply chains and AI logistics. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on industry experience in supply chain or logistics functions.
• Proven experience in delivering corporate training, workshops, or academic sessions.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar supply chain platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to simplify complex supply chain concepts for diverse learner groups.
• Professional certifications such as APICS (CSCP/CPIM) will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in developing training content, presentations, and learning materials.
