Shift: Rotational/Night

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct NHA, process/product training, nesting, and refresher sessions.
• Train teams on E-Commerce Seller Support, marketplace policies, and CRM tools.
• Conduct TNA, assessments, mock sessions, and performance-based upskilling.
• Coordinate with QA/Operations to identify gaps and improve performance.
• Maintain training reports, trackers, and batch performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 12 years of experience as a Process/Product Trainer in E-Commerce/BPO.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplaces.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/LMS and training tools.
