Job summary

International BPO in Pune is seeking an experienced Process Trainer to lead onboarding and upskilling for an International Seller Support / E-commerce process. You will design manuals, SOPs and knowledge bases; coach trainees; and coordinate with Operations, Quality and client teams to meet quality and SLA targets.

The role requires strong English communication, presentation and facilitation skills, plus experience in training documentation and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate / Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 2+ years as a Process Trainer in International BPO, Seller Support or E-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of Seller Support, Merchant/Seller Onboarding, Inventory, Order Management and Issue Resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication (UK/US variants acceptable).
• Ability to design training materials, documentation, assessments and track performance.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and a 5.5-day work week.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Required Qualifications & Skills
