Job summary

Impetus Career Consultants in Pune seeks an experienced Process Trainer with 3+ years in international BPO to lead end-to-end New Hire Onboarding and manage live-queue nesting for smooth production transitions.

You will design and deliver modules on flat-file bulk error parsing, Buy Box dynamics, and marketplace policy updates, and partner with QA and operations to identify gaps, conduct TNA, and drive targeted upskilling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an international BPO, with 1–2+ years as a dedicated Process/Product Trainer handling e‑commerce or B2B merchant accounts.
• Strong command over Seller Central workflows, inventory synchronization, and marketplace logistics.

Responsibilities
