Job summary

Randstad Hyderabad is seeking a Process Trainer to design and deliver high-impact training for onboarding and upskilling across operations. You will ensure strict process adherence and compliance, partnering with SMEs to close skill gaps and drive learning outcomes.

The role requires 2+ years in an L&D or Process Trainer position within BPO/RPO environments, with hands-on LMS and authoring tool experience, and strong stakeholder management and coaching abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Process Trainer or L&D role within the BPO, RPO, MSP, Recruitment, or Staffing industries.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools, and training content development.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management, group facilitation, and quality auditing.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs, presentations, and interactive learning materials.
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify skill gaps, set learning priorities, and provide targeted coaching.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and post-training performance tracking.
• Foster an inclusive, continuous learning environment while serving as a feedback bridge between frontline teams and management.
• Build, update, and manage training content aligned with policies and regulations.
• Create advanced data reports on training needs to inform talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance, Content & Reporting

Build, update, and manage advanced training content aligned with organizational policies, industry regulations, and operational processes.Conduct regular audits to evaluate employee process adherence and address compliance risks.Create advanced data reports on internal and external training needs to inform our broader talent strategy.
