Job summary

You will partner with SMEs, evaluate training effectiveness, and develop advanced content for ongoing learning and audits across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in a Process Trainer or L&D role within BPO, RPO, MSP, Recruitment, or Staffing industries.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs, presentations, and interactive learning materials.
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify skill gaps, set learning priorities, and provide targeted coaching.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and post-training performance tracking to continually refine content.
• Foster an inclusive, continuous learning environment while serving as a feedback bridge between frontline teams and management.
• Build, update, and manage advanced training content aligned with organizational policies, industry regulations, and operational processes.
• Conduct regular audits to evaluate employee process adherence and address compliance risks.
• Create advanced data reports on internal and external training needs to inform our broader talent strategy.
