Job summary

Genxlead is seeking a Process Trainer to educate employees on email marketing processes, tools, and best practices, ensuring consistent execution.

You will deliver training content, onboard new joiners, conduct refresher sessions, and assess training effectiveness in Chennai. Engineering graduates with teaching experience are preferred; strong presentation and PPT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering background required (BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech).
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Lecturer/Professor.
• Excellent presentation and PPT creation skills.
• Strong communication and interactive abilities.
• Exposure to email marketing is a plus.
