Job summary

Genxlead is seeking a Process Trainer to educate teams on email marketing workflows, tools, and best practices. You will develop engaging content and deliver sessions to new and existing staff.

With a engineering background and a minimum of two years as a lecturer, you will run onboarding, refresher trainings, and assess effectiveness, collaborating with Team Leads to tailor programs.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech – Engineering background.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lecturer/Professor.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent PPT creation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and interactive skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on email marketing processes and tools.
• Prepare and deliver engaging training content and presentations.
