Process Re-Engineering Consultant - India - Remote

We are looking for a Process Re-Engineering Consultant to start on a project for one of our global end clients.

The position starts January 2026 and is an initial 6‑month contract with the possibility of extension. The project will be fully remote.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience leading enterprise‑wide business process optimization initiatives, presentation skills and facilitation of cross‑functional workshops with senior stakeholders.
• International stakeholder management at scale and senior‑leader engagement experience.
• Facilitation experience for process discovery/mapping sessions.
• Practical application of Lean Six Sigma tools beyond theory.
• Governance and standards: setting process standards, aligning stakeholders at an enterprise level, and driving end‑to‑end process ownership.
