The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, map current processes, and design new workflows and operating models while collaborating with IT for ERP and automation enhancements.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in process reengineering, business analysis or operational excellence.
• Proven leadership in transformation or process optimization projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and BPM methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, ARIS, Lucidchart or Bizagi.
