Adaaya Farm is seeking a seasoned Process Manager to drive process standardization and improvements in our manufacturing operations in Shimoga, Karnataka. The role focuses on optimizing productivity, reducing waste, and implementing structured problem-solving using RCA, 5S, Lean and Kaizen methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have 9–11 years of experience in Process/Process Improvement across Automobile, Manufacturing or Food Processing sectors, with a strong background in quality and process

Qualifications

• Experience in Automobile / Manufacturing / Food Processing.
• Educational background as listed in the qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes, productivity and efficiency.
• Identify process issues, rejection, wastage and bottlenecks.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen practices.
• Use 7 QC Tools and 8D for process and quality improvement.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and PPC teams.
• Support PPC, process planning and process standardization.
• Prepare SOPs, process reports and improvement plans.
• Train and guide teams on process standards, quality and 5S.

• 2. Strong analytical, problem-solving and team coordination skills.


• 3. Candidates with a strong Process background are preferred over candidates with only Production experience.
