Job summary

Ultraviolette Automotive Private Limited in Bangalore North, India, is hiring for Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement. You will drive enterprise-level Lean, Six Sigma deployments and OPS implementations across manufacturing plants and corporate functions.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional CI projects, mentoring Black/Green Belts, and ensuring sustained improvements in OEE, throughput, and quality. A strong data-analysis capability with SAP/Oracle/Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in TPM, VSM, SMED, Kanban, JIT, SPC.
• Strong manufacturing process knowledge in automotive/OEMs.
• Data analysis and reporting using Excel, Minitab, Power BI.
• Strategic thinking and structured problem solving.
• Leadership and change management capability.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills.
