Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Procurement Manager in India to collect and analyze complex data to guide business decisions. You will work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to identify trends, negotiate contracts, and drive cost savings while ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, Quality, and other groups, driving source-to-pay activities, vendor selection, and market intelligence to support Capgemini's growth and strategic initiatives.

• Provide market intelligence and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor total cost of ownership and analyze cost structures.
• Identify process improvements to increase purchasing efficiency.

Your Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Procurement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely & Directly with the Client & cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will contribute to our companys growth.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Driving source to pay process, including RFX, negotiation and contract sign off in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Vendor selection in accordance with company policies, contracts, preferred vendor strategy
• Strong collaboration with Stakeholders and supporting roles like Finance, Legal, Quality dept, etc
• Strong cooperation and building relationship with vendors
• Strong market intelligence and market expertise (global and regional market trends, strategies, new products introduction, best practices)
• Proactive approach towards business needs, serving market guidance and new technologies trends
• Strong awareness of total cost of ownership, ability to analyze and compare cost structure strategic mindset and presentation capabilities
• Identify opportunities for cost saving, process improvements, increasing efficiency of purchasing,
