You will engage with hiring managers worldwide, ensuring timely offers and compliant hiring across EU and US markets, while maintaining clear, professional communication in English.

Role & responsibilities

• Proven ability to manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management.
• Global talent acquisition experience.
• Proven experience in candidate sourcing and knowledge of sourcing platforms.
• Very good understanding of sourcing methodologies and principles, including talent mapping and building pipeline.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with case management or HR ticketing systems (ServiceNow strongly preferred).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and maintain uptodate process documentation.
• Basic understanding of EU and US hiring requirements and rules.
• Very good command of English, written and spoken.

Preferred candidate profile

• valid experience in Talent Acquisition Operations (candidate information management, interview scheduling, offer management, recruitment reporting, etc.).
• Comfortable working with recruitment systems (ATS), case management tools (ServiceNow strongly preferred) and able to learn new technologies quickly.
• Represents excellent timemanagement skills, capacity to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment requisitions and competing deadlines.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills to be able to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Strong team orientation, thriving in a collaborative, global environment and contributing to a positive team culture.
