Job summary

Capgemini India is seeking an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM Functional professional with strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) expertise. The ideal candidate will lead requirements, design, implementation and post‑production support for Oracle EBS procurement modules.

The role requires end-to-end P2P knowledge, R12 procurement experience, and ability to drive process improvements within Capgemini's hybrid work environment in Mumbai. Strong collaboration with technical teams is essential.

Qualifications

• End-to-End Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledge.
• Experience in Oracle EBS SCM functional areas, especially procurement modules.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 procurement modules and configurations.
• Ability to map business processes, perform gap analysis, and drive solution design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS SCM Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Conduct workshops, document functional designs (MD050), and prepare setup and test scenarios.
• Coordinate with tech teams for customizations, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Provide end-user training and production support.
• Support CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment and post-production activities.

Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM Functional with strong experience in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Procurement modules and be capable of driving requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and support activities.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS SCM modules related to Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Prepare functional design documents (MD050), setup documents, and test scenarios.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Support CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within SLA timelines.
• Provide end-user training and production support.
