Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join our team in India. The role requires deep understanding of the contract lifecycle, plus strong legal and financial acumen, with a focus on procurement and supply chain commercial activities.

You will manage the end-to-end contract process, coordinate with stakeholders, and lead a cross-functional team to ensure timely, compliant contract execution and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred Business Administration in Operations, with a minimum experience of 6 to 9 years in contract management.
• 6+ years of experience in diversified industries and have a strong knowledge in Contract lifecycle and controls, Business Finances, Branding & Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting and review contracts, coordinating with stakeholders and customers/ vendors, for timely execution of the contract.
• Plan and execute the contract, ensuring compliances of terms of contract, identify revenue leakage, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including finance, contracts, legal, audit groups, and customers/ vendors.
• Lead a team of minimum 10-12 team members, from multifaced process – Legal, Contract Management, Procurement & Supply Chain, Marketing, Contract/Financial Audit.
• Prioritize resources and manage day-to-day activities of team to ensure timely execution of tasks and issue resolution.
• Review and define the processes and policies for contract lifecycle and proposed changes to the senior leadership for efficiencies and process improvement, and drive change management and issue resolution.

Your Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Contract Management Specialist to join our team. Should possess a strong understanding of the Contract Lifecycle, along with solid legal & financial acumen. Should have expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain commercial section.

In this role you will play a key role in:

Your Profile

• Strong knowledge of complex internal controls, accounting systems and processes related to contract lifecycle, finance/ revenue audit.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred Business Administration in Operations, with a minimum experience of 6 to 9 years in contract management.
• 6+ years of experience in diversified industries and have a strong knowledge in Contract lifecycle and controls, Business Finances, Branding & Marketing.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in leading a team of >7.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral).
• Proficiency in any foreign language other than English will be an added advantage.
• Experience in system development/ implementation and/or efficiency improvement project.
