Job summary

Marsh Risk in Hyderabad is seeking a Process Lead - Operations to join our Insurance Operations team. The role combines data management, claims documentation support and coordination with TPA/Insurer to ensure timely processing, with at least three days in the office under a hybrid model.

You will prepare weekly and monthly client reports, address queries within defined TAT, support renewals, and collaborate with CE and clients to deliver accurate, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Graduation degree required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Hyderabad. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Process Lead - Operations

We will count on you to:

• Support the employees in claim documentation process.
• Responsible for claims/Endorsement data management.
• Coordinate with the TPA and Insurer for timely processing of claims/Endorsements.

What you need to have:
