Marsh Risk India in Bengaluru is seeking a Process Lead for the Marsh Multinational team to oversee day-to-day servicing of HNI corporate employee benefits clients, including endorsements, enrollments, claims tracking, and client communication.

Role summary Day-to-day servicing for HNI corporate employee benefits clients, covering endorsements/enrollments, claims tracking, help desk operations, client communication, data reconciliation, wellness engagement, and escalations with TPA/insurer to meet agreed TAT/service standards.
