Job summary

Xceedance in Gurugram, India, is seeking a Process Expert- Policy Service (APAC Region) to support the policy lifecycle for insurers across APAC. The role involves understanding end-to-end insurance processes, inputting data into systems, and processing requests under defined rules.

You’ll bind/issue policies, process endorsements and invoices, perform account reconciliations, and maintain trackers, while ensuring SLA adherence, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduates or post-graduates required.
• 3–5 years of property and casualty insurance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Position Title: Process Expert- Policy Service (APAC Region)

What you’ll be doing:

• Understand end-to-end insurance business
• Analyse and input data into systems / databases
• Process requests basis various rules (both subjective and objective judgement involved)
• Bind/Issue policies/Process Endorsement / invoices on behalf of the client
• Reconciliations of accounts
• Support the team by processing various tasks in the policy life cycle
• Operate process and ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements
