Job summary

Jobitus in Sachin – Surat is seeking a Process Executive with 4–7 years of experience in chemical process design and operations.

You will prepare material and heat balances, PFDs and P&IDs, and conduct HAZOP studies, driving safety and efficiency improvements while ensuring compliance with standards. BE/B.Tech in Mechanical is required; salary up to 5 LPA.

Responsibilities

• Process design engineering (basic, detailing & improvement).

• Prepare & review P&IDs and generate design documents (PFDs, P&IDs).
• Carry out HAZOP as per PID and execute according to finalized documents.
• Prepare material balance and heat balance for new products to determine norms.
• Estimate batch size based on product parameters and equipment size.
• Work on time cycle reduction and efficient product setup.
• Implement cost-efficient improvement projects targeting raw material, yield, and debottlenecking.

Position: Process Executive

Location: Sachin - Surat

Experience: 4 - 7 Years

Industry: Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Process design engineering (Basic, detailing & Improvement)
• Preparation of Material balance, PFDs, heat balance, and capacity calculations for a product.
• Preparation & review of P&IDs as per standards. Generate documents for design projects including Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s).
• Responsible for carrying out HAZOP as per PID and execution is done as per finalized document.
• Preparation of material balance of new products, Heat balance for various products for getting norms.
• Estimating batch size by considering product parameters and equipment size
• Time cycle reduction and product setup.
• Implementation of cost-effective improvement projects in terms of Raw material, yield, time cycle, debottlenecking of equipment
• occupancy and reduction overhead & fixed cost.
• Involving in improving of safety systems viz; fire hydrants system, blanketing devices, relief devices, N2 system in clean room, heat detector system
