Job summary

Piramal Pharma Ltd in Digwal is hiring an Executive - Process Engineering to drive process engineering and technical transfer activities in GMP-compliant manufacturing. You will interface with R&D, support tech transfer, and ensure robust processes and documentation.

Responsibilities include developing process robustness, performing DOE/HAZOP support, and contributing to capacity and facility improvements while ensuring timely validation and batch completion.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in Process Engineering and Technical Transfer (API) per Pharma GMP requirements.
• Experience with HAZOP, PID, PFD, investigation report writing.

Responsibilities

• Interface with R&D at various development phases and ensure robust knowledge transfer.
• Ensure process robustness through measurement techniques, DOE, and various development steps.
• Develop simplification ideas through process and technology solutions.
• Troubleshooting of existing molecules and cost improvement.
• Generate facility and equipment design basis.
• Conduct HAZOP study for new facility and the process.
• Capacity de bottlenecking, capacity creation and facility creation.
• Aligning to delivery and ensuring timely validations/batches.
• Support execution of new products during Tech Transfer and Validation.
• Prepare technical investigation reports for process failures and ensure CAPA effectiveness.
• Create new functional capability.
• Strengthen engineering teams through coaching and mentoring.
