Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process design engineering (Basic, detailing & Improvement).
• Prepare material balances, PFDs, heat balance and capacity calculations for a product.
• Prepare & review P&IDs and generate documents for design projects including PFDs, P&IDs.
• Carry out HAZOP as per PID; execution per finalized document.
• Estimate batch size based on product parameters and equipment size.
• Time cycle reduction and product setup.
• Implement cost-effective improvements in raw materials, yield, time cycle and debottlenecking.
• Improve safety systems such as fire hydrants, blanketing devices, relief devices, N2 system and heat detectors.

Job description

Position: Process Executive

Location: Sachin - Surat

Responsibilities:

• Process design engineering (Basic, detailing & Improvement)
• Preparation of Material balance, PFDs, heat balance, and capacity calculations for a product.
• Preparation & review of P&IDs as per standards. Generate documents for design projects including Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s).
• Responsible for carrying out HAZOP as per PID and execution is done as per finalized document.
• Preparation of material balance of new products, Heat balance for various products for getting norms.
• Estimating batch size by considering product parameters and equipment size
• Time cycle reduction and product setup.
• Implementation of cost-effective improvement projects in terms of Raw material, yield, time cycle, debottlenecking of equipment
• occupancy and reduction overhead & fixed cost.
• Involving in improving of safety systems viz; fire hydrants system, blanketing devices, relief devices, N2 system in clean room, heat detector system
