The key responsibilities include:
- Monitors, analyzes, and implements the process control plan for the plant
- Interacts with internal stakeholders to understand manufacturing issues
- Leads in engineering the manufacturing process to meet customer expectations
- Enables ongoing continuous improvement in standard deviation of all key process parameters
- Formulates, monitors, and implements plans for achievement of consistent product quality
- Basic understanding of Block diagram, PFD, P&ID, Mass & Heat balance
- Line sizing & Velocity and flow calculation
- Alternate Raw material development and stabilization
- Checklist, SOP Preparation, Control philosophy preparation
- Demonstrate technical leadership on process
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Engineering in Chemical from a premier institute
EXPERIENCE
- 4-8 years of experience in continuous manufacturing facility, specifically in a lead role of Process Management
