The key responsibilities include:

• Monitors, analyzes, and implements the process control plan for the plant
• Interacts with internal stakeholders to understand manufacturing issues
• Leads in engineering the manufacturing process to meet customer expectations
• Enables ongoing continuous improvement in standard deviation of all key process parameters
• Formulates, monitors, and implements plans for achievement of consistent product quality
• Basic understanding of Block diagram, PFD, P&ID, Mass & Heat balance
• Line sizing & Velocity and flow calculation
• Alternate Raw material development and stabilization
• Checklist, SOP Preparation, Control philosophy preparation
• Demonstrate technical leadership on process

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Engineering in Chemical from a premier institute

EXPERIENCE

• 4-8 years of experience in continuous manufacturing facility, specifically in a lead role of Process Management
