Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in instrument maintenance and calibration.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting UPS and EPABX systems.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and 5S practices.

Responsibilities

• Complete predictive, preventive, calibration, and shut-down maintenance.
• Prepare daily reports and monthly management information systems (MIS).
• Identify critical and consumable materials.
• Generate material purchase requests (PR) and issue from store.

2. To carry out schedule maintenance & calibration of field instruments as per schedule.

5. To carry out calibration of Plant weigh scale and Weigh Bridge.
6. Carry out jobs as per safety and 5S activities.

• Ensure completion of Inst. Predictive, Preventive, calibration & Shut-down maintenance.
• Ensure Preparations of Daily reports and monthly MIS timely.
• Identify and list out critical, consumable materials.
• Material PR generation and issue from store in SAP.
