Job summary

Force Motors is seeking a maintenance professional to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, drive safety and energy-saving improvements, and implement 5S, Kaizen, and LCA practices. You will address breakdowns across hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems and manage SAP-related maintenance documentation.

The role also covers spare parts management, leakage reduction initiatives, TS-16949 EOHS audit preparation, daily DWM participation, and root-cause CAPA analysis for

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance of machines per schedule; maintain machine history cards and downtime records.
• Manage and perform improvement projects related to safety, energy saving, and cost saving.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, and LCA; track effectiveness in a structured manner.
• Handle day-to-day breakdowns and corrective actions for hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical issues.
• Handle SAP-related activities: Purchase Requisition, Material Reservation; maintain all maintenance documents.
• Spare part management.
• Identify and plan to arrest air leakage and oil leakage to reduce maintenance costs.
• Understand TS-16949 documentation and EOHS (ISO-45001-2015, ISO 14001-2015) audit documentation work.
• Attend Daily DWM meetings and implement corrective actions.
• Analytical skills for root cause analysis and CAPA of breakdowns.

• 10. Analytical skill for Route cause analysis , CAPA of B/Ds.
