Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production targets for SPS and Stripper Graft batches.
• Run production, solve shift-related problems, and coordinate with departments.
• Implement the safety policy on the shop floor.

Skills:

• Having sound knowledge of Polymerisation reactor and Drying which facilitates to improve performance after joining.
• Will be familiar with the Handling of petrochemical products similar like Butadiene and Styrene with control Parameters and storage maintenance.
• Should have handled Reactor with their control Parameter, Type, Capacity, Optimum Temp/Pressure and ability to handle runaway situation of any parameter.
• Knowledge of PLC and DCS operation is must.
• Able to Prepare Daily control parameter report and send to the management.
• Should have knowledge of Pums, Agitator, Heat Exchanger, Blower, VFD, Vacuum Pump, Control Valve, etc.
• Involvement and knowledge of 5’S and Housekeeping to the working premises.
• Knowledge of safety systems like Fire extinguisher, PPE’S, Permit system, Hazardous waste management.

Responsibilities

• To meet Daily target production of SPS, Stripper Graft batches with quality and quantity of production.
• To run production and solve problems which come in regular shift and follow up with respective department.
• Maintain & implement safety policy on shop floor.
• Educate people for 5S activities in order to ensure safety workplace.
• Good housekeeping in work area.
