Job Title: Process Coordinator
Job Summary: The Process Coordinator oversees and coordinates operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance. This role involves monitoring workflows, identifying areas for improvement, documenting procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational processes.
- Develop, maintain, and update process documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure process compliance and consistency.
- Assist in implementing new systems, tools, and process improvements.
- Conduct process audits and ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.
- Support project management activities related to operational improvements.
- Train employees on new or updated processes and procedures.
- Resolve process-related issues and elevate concerns when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, process coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or workflow management systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is preferred.
