Job summary

Cogneesol in Mohali, India is seeking a Process Associate to support insurance claim processing, data gathering, and underwriting interactions. The role includes handling quotes for commercial and residential properties, and assisting with new and renewal accounts.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of insurance BPO/BPM experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with onshore teams and clients. Day/Night shifts are possible depending on operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• 1-2 years of insurance BPO/BPM experience preferred.
• Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide research and clerical support to determine whether claimant qualify for insurance claims.
• Gather statistical information and supply data onto rating mechanism provided by the client.
• Provide support and assistance to onshore team.
• Work with the insurance underwriting department by working on commercial and residential properties quotes using rating mechanism.
• Staff will assist with the completion of rates and premiums.
• Perform administrative duties regarding new and renewal accounts, risk assessments, loss runs, and loss ratings.
• Help Onshore team logging and setting up new claims
• Good attention to detail
• Gather, review, and ensure the accuracy of information to determine proper processing for all segments of business.
• Perform various pre- Litigation claims activities for Insurance domain.
• Basic knowledge of company insurance products; support underwriting and distribution activities.
• 1-2 years of insurance BPO/BPM experience preferred.
