Job summary

Allstate Solutions (ASPL) in Pune seeks an entry-level Subrogation Analyst to provide low to medium complexity analytical support and assist in multiple team processes. You will summarize documents and enter claim system notes, documenting files with notes, evaluations and decisions.

You will contact third-party carriers to review liability and subrogation responses, review information to reduce payments, and monitor recoveries with follow-up communications as needed.

Qualifications

• 0-18 months of related experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Eye for detail and accurate preparation of Demand packages
• Excellent knowledge of Subrogation cycle
• Knowledge / Experience of Subrogation/Salvage is preferred
• Ability to utilize available tools to capture information pertaining to scope of damages associated with the loss
• Live through a continuous improvement culture and leverage tools and technology to enhance personal competencies and help meet org level goal

This role will work more independently to provide low to medium complexity analytical support to various areas of the organization. In addition, the individual will be responsible for supporting several business processes that exist within the team. Project work includes, but not limited minor major initiatives, basic to moderately complex data validation and other projects that are basic to moderately complex in nature.
