Job summary

ASSPL - Telangana is seeking a Team Leader for its Learning & Development team to shape and drive training initiatives at the fulfillment center.

You will hire, train and build a motivated workforce, coordinate with Operations, PXT, WFS and WHS to ensure effective training and operational readiness. Drive continuous improvements to quality, productivity, and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defining, building and owning the execution of training processes from Day 1 at FC.
• Hiring, training and building a highly motivated workforce to meet operational requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, PXT, WFS, WHS for workforce training and operations.
• Continuously improve training processes to sustain performance, reduce waste and unnecessary work.
• Analyze data reports to identify bottlenecks and improve performance.
• Implement formal process control and Kaizen improvements.

Essential Functions

• Defining, building and owning the execution of training processes, right from Day 1 at FC
• Responsible for Hiring, training and building up a highly motivated workforce to meet the operational requirements, and continuously meeting the high bar on quality and productivity
• Coordinate with Operations, PXT, WFS, WHS for matters related to workforce training & Operations
• Continuously improve the training process and attain a sustained level of performance standard. Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work
• Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the performance
• Implement the formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen
• Highly motivated & self starting
• Team player, Empathetic & Goal oriented

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
