Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-oriented Wealth Manager to acquire and manage high-net-worth clients, perform needs analyses and tailor investment solutions. You will build long-term relationships, drive revenue, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role involves distributing mutual funds, PMS, AIF, fixed income products, IPOs, and equity solutions, conducting portfolio reviews, and coordinating with research and operations to deliver seamless client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management for HNIs/UHNIs preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and client service mindset.
• Ability to conduct financial needs analysis and tailor investments.
• Familiarity with regulatory KYC/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Acquire HNI, UHNI and affluent customers through referrals, networking and market sourcing.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct detailed financial need analysis and understand investment objectives.
• Recommend and distribute Mutual Funds, PMS & AIF, Fixed Income Products, Bonds & NCDs, IPOs, Equity Investment Solutions, Portfolio Advisory Solutions.
• Drive asset gathering and increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets; build a sustainable pipeline of quality prospects.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and monitor market developments.
• Ensure portfolio alignment with client risk appetite and financial goals.
• Maintain complete KYC and regulatory compliance; ensure superior client servicing and timely resolution of queries.
• Coordinate with internal research, operations and product teams for seamless execution.
