Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Wealth Manager to manage HNI clientele in Surat.

You will acquire new affluent clients through referrals and market sourcing, assess investment objectives, and design holistic financial solutions across mutual funds, PMS, AIF, fixed income, bonds, IPOs and equity strategies. You will drive revenue targets, increase assets under management, conduct periodic portfolio reviews, ensure strict KYC/compliance, and coordinate with

• Acquire HNI, UHNI and affluent customers through referrals, networking and market sourcing.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct detailed financial need analysis and understand investment objectives.
• Recommend and distribute mutual funds, PMS & AIF, fixed income products, bonds & NCDs, IPOs, equity investment solutions, portfolio advisory solutions.
• Drive asset gathering and increase AUM.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Increase wallet share through cross-selling and upselling investment products.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of quality prospects.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews.
• Monitor market developments and proactively advise clients.
• Ensure portfolio alignment with client risk appetite and financial goals.
• Maintain complete KYC and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure superior client servicing and timely resolution of queries.
• Coordinate with internal research, operations and product teams for seamless execution.
