Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Indore is seeking a Wealth Manager to acquire HNI and affluent clients, build long-term relationships, and perform detailed financial need analysis to align investment objectives.

You will advise on mutual funds, PMS, AIF, fixed income, IPOs, and equity solutions; drive AUM growth, lead portfolio reviews, ensure KYC compliance, and coordinate with research, ops and product teams for seamless client servicing.

Responsibilities

• Acquire HNI, UHNI and affluent customers through referrals, networking and market sourcing.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct detailed financial need analysis and understand investment objectives.
• Recommend and distribute: Mutual Funds
• PMS & AIF
• Fixed Income Products
• Bonds & NCDs
• IPOs
• Equity Investment Solutions
• Portfolio Advisory Solutions
• Drive asset gathering and increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Increase wallet share through cross-selling and upselling investment products.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of quality prospects.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews.
• Monitor market developments and proactively advise clients.
• Ensure portfolio alignment with client risk appetite and financial goals.
• Maintain complete KYC and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure superior client servicing and timely resolution of queries.
• Coordinate with internal research, operations and product teams for seamless execution.
