Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram is seeking a Wealth Manager to drive client acquisition, manage high-net-worth relationships and oversee investment advisory activities.

The role focuses on building trusted partnerships and delivering tailored financial solutions to affluent clients. You will advise on mutual funds, PMS & AIF, fixed income products, bonds, IPOs and equity investments while ensuring strict KYC/compliance and top-notch client servicing.

Qualifications

• Acquire HNI, UHNI and affluent customers through referrals, networking and market sourcing.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct detailed financial need analysis and understand investment objectives.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and distribute: Mutual Funds, PMS & AIF, Fixed Income Products, Bonds & NCDs, IPOs, Equity Investment Solutions, Portfolio Advisory Solutions.
• Drive asset gathering and increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Increase wallet share through cross-selling and upselling investment products.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of quality prospects.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews.
• Monitor market developments and proactively advise clients.
• Ensure portfolio alignment with client risk appetite and financial goals.
• Maintain complete KYC and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure superior client servicing and timely resolution of queries.
• Coordinate with internal research, operations and product teams for seamless execution.
