Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Wealth/Financial Advisor in Jaipur to acquire HNI and affluent clients, build lasting relationships, and conduct needs analysis.

You will distribute a range of investment products and drive AUM growth while ensuring strict compliance and client service. The role involves portfolio reviews, market monitoring and cross-selling across mutual funds, PMS, AIF, fixed income and IPOs.

• Wealth distribution: Recommend and distribute mutual funds, PMS, AIF, fixed income, IPOs, equities.
• Drive asset gathering and increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
• Revenue generation: achieve monthly and annual targets; cross-sell and upsell.
• Portfolio review: periodic reviews; monitor market developments; align with risk appetite and goals.
• Compliance & service: maintain complete KYC and regulatory compliance; timely resolution of queries.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Portfolio Advisory Solutions
• Drive asset gathering and increase Assets Under Management (AUM).

Revenue Generation

• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Increase wallet share through cross-selling and upselling investment products.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of quality prospects.

Portfolio Review

• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews.
• Monitor market developments and proactively advise clients.
• Ensure portfolio alignment with client risk appetite and financial goals.

Compliance & Service

• Maintain complete KYC and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure superior client servicing and timely resolution of queries.
• Coordinate with internal research, operations and product teams for seamless execution.
