Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a Wealth Manager to acquire high-net-worth clients, manage relationships, and guide investment decisions. You will distribute assets across mutual funds, PMS, AIF, fixed income, IPOs and more, while driving AUM growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes portfolio reviews, market monitoring, risk alignment, and strict KYC/compliance, with a focus on building a robust pipeline and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Acquire HNI, UHNI and affluent customers through referrals, networking and market sourcing.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct detailed financial need analysis and understand investment objectives.
• Recommend and distribute: Mutual Funds, PMS & AIF, Fixed Income Products, Bonds & NCDs, IPOs, Equity Investment Solutions, Portfolio Advisory Solutions.
• Drive asset gathering and increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Increase wallet share through cross-selling and upselling investment products.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of quality prospects.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews.
• Monitor market developments and proactively advise clients.
• Ensure portfolio alignment with client risk appetite and financial goals.
• Maintain complete KYC and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure superior client servicing and timely resolution of queries.
• Coordinate with internal research, operations and product teams for seamless execution.
