Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Kerala is seeking a seasoned Wealth Manager to acquire affluent clients and manage investment portfolios.

You will conduct financial need analyses, recommend funds, PMS, IPOs and other products, and drive AUM growth while ensuring compliance and excellent client servicing.

Qualifications

• Role requires relationship management and client acquisition skills.
• Knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, AIF and fixed income products is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Acquire HNI, UHNI and affluent customers through referrals, networking and market sourcing.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct detailed financial need analysis and understand investment objectives.
• Recommend and distribute Mutual Funds, PMS & AIF, Fixed Income Products, Bonds & NCDs, IPOs, and Equity Investment Solutions.
• Drive asset gathering and increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Increase wallet share through cross-selling and upselling investment products.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of quality prospects.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews.
• Monitor market developments and proactively advise clients.
• Ensure portfolio alignment with client risk appetite and financial goals.
• Maintain complete KYC and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure superior client servicing and timely resolution of queries.
• Coordinate with internal research, operations and product teams for seamless execution.
