• Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and below 62 years.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.

Skill Requirements

• English Dictation: 110 words per minute.

Experience & Eligibility

1. Retired Government Servants: Applicants must have retired as Private Secretary/Personal Assistant from:

• Pay Level 8; or
• Pay Level 7 with at least 2 years of regular service in that level; or
• Pay Level 6 with at least 6 years of regular service in that level.

Documents Required

• Office Order of Superannuation.

• Last Pay Slip issued by the Government Department.
• APARs with at least Very Good” grading for the last five years immediately preceding retirement.
