Job summary

Orient Technologies in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, is seeking a Printer Support Technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and scanners for our client base. Freshers are welcome, and candidates with basic Windows, hardware, printers, and networking knowledge will fit well.

You will resolve print quality issues, paper jams, driver and connectivity problems, configure network printers using IPs, and provide timely end-user support.

• Basic knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, printers, and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
